With my reptile I only want the best, and that’s why I like to know what I’m buying and the quality that comes with it and with internet reptile I have seen very positive reviews. However on my behalf not so much, I had free next day delivery with as promised did arrive how my order wasn’t fully received with missing products. I later then had to contact them which did take multiple ways to get information sorted out but in the end it was. I do believe that I will be ordering from them again as it was resolved just a hassle.

The order was incomplete when it arrived. Lamp was missing. I travelled from Coventry to get a replacement as it had to be fitted for my daughter to be able to get her Bearded Dragon the next day. Although you say that it was a suppliers mistake it would have been nice to have received some gesture of good will for the inconvenience caused. Your company was highly recommended by a breeder otherwise I would have used a reptile shop a bit closer to home.

It was a good delivery service and a good bunch of crickets in the sack. Only issue would be you didn't put a box in a sack you just out all the crickets in a sack so I had to find another box to out them in. And the box also contained other insects aswell it would have been a lot better if it just contained what I was actually buying in crickets. But apart from those two things everything was great

Products are great and ship quickly, but the live food packaging could do with being sealed a little better. I had some calci-worms escaping the cardboard box when they arrived 😬

There was a good description available however I find a lot of the food floats out and a lot of turtles do not take to it.

I received my products within the time frame specified. Unfortunately my items had been packaged badly meaning the reptile branch I ordered pierced my substrate meaning I lost some of this product.

Communication was fantastic but unfortunately whoever packed my tanks did a bad job and left them to rattle around the box,2 out of 3 tanks arrived with cracks in them. The 3rd does have a chip but I needed the tank asap so kept this one and returned the other two. Overall, I probs wouldn't order a glass tank again but for other products I think this site is reasonable with their prices and will be ordering other products in the future.

Company overall is good, but I never actually received my order (waiting on a response from company) but this was probably more the delivery company more then anything.

Received my frozen mice okay but still haven't received the aspen I ordered at the same time. Got mice within a few days.

Overall was great, only downfall was that my hide wasn’t packaged properly so it broke along the way however they quickly sorted it and sent me another one out for free that was packaged better

I was very disappointed with the packaging I ordered a light tube and wooden hide it came in a big box with just bubble wrap round the light and the hide just left rolling around in the box. The box was also covered in white paint

My order took 9 days to arrive unfortunately,which ment I had to go buy the items locally that I ordered as i needed them i did take notice of up 3 days delay notice and orderd in advance but unfortunately still arrived late

Sorry to hear the order arrived later than expected, we have tried to be as transparent as possible that unfortunately delivery times are extended at this time. We can confirm that the order was despatched within 2 working days from our warehouse and the delivery service paid for was Royal Mail tracked 48 which was used. Royal Mail are saying "The delivery of parcels and letters is a way of keeping the country together, your business operating, and helping many people who may not have the option to leave their homes. Royal Mail continues to work hard to collect, process and deliver as much mail and parcels as possible in difficult circumstances. Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices." Re. this specific order, the delivery address was in Northern Ireland which also means that a flight is usually needed as part of the Royal Mail processing, upon checking this with royal mail a scheduled flight from EMA was missed due to volumes of mail being processed and the parcel was instead transferred to contingency road and very transport as a result. This is a fairly unique set of circumstances but we are pleased to confirm that delays generally are fairly minimal at present.

Great website with lots of items that are essential! Would be better if tracking numbers were added as an optional extra for peace of mind as I cannot find my parcel.

Ordered a few different things, one of which was very competitively priced mistking system, but when it came to delivery I was told it was not in stock, I was given a full refund for the missing items. My other stuff turned up and was in good condition. Disappointed with no mistking but happy with everything else. Advertising has the cheapest price is no good if you can’t supply the stock though.

Hi, I have no problem with inter et reptile. First time ordering. I still have not received my delivery. This is to do with DPD. I am currently awaiting a refund but I have not heard anything back yet. Could you please advise when I should expect communication or a refund please. DPD have lost you a new customer.
