“I can see that products are high quality and delivery is fast. Unfortunately live food like locusts about 10 of 25 was alive so I am not happy. Not happy that for return I should pay my extra money.”

“Good service but I paid for dpd as they leave safe but it got sent by royal mail who don’t leave safe or with a neighbour so had to pick it up and wait longer for delivery”

“Shipping took a while, mealworms came very healthy however the calci worms were mostly dead on arrival and if not the rest died shortly after, wax worms looked healthy to start with with a lot died in the next couple days after receiving them (even with sufficient food and hydration)”

“products are good quality and best price i could find. however i was disappointed as the products that i ordered weren’t the ones i needed and i feel the website don’t make this clear (ceramic heat lamp bundle) because it didn’t make it clear that it was an infrared lamp. Returns is easy but not free so i’m down £5.”

“Ordered live food and repashy calcium +Lod, bugs arrived and great condition with none dead that we could see, however they failed to inform me that the calcium was out of stock and after waiting for a week for it to arrive I was told it was no longer available and they would authorise a refund. This should have been done automatically. I should not have had to chase it up to find out where the rest of my order was.”

“The shipping was fast but I ordered two bags of sand, once had a cut in it and it spilled out a ton inside the box and consequently also all over my floor. It was a huge pain yo deal with and clean up not to mention i lost a lot of product, and I'm not really sure how that happens. Maybe would order again because the sand was cheap though”
