“products are good quality and best price i could find. however i was disappointed as the products that i ordered weren’t the ones i needed and i feel the website don’t make this clear (ceramic heat lamp bundle) because it didn’t make it clear that it was an infrared lamp. Returns is easy but not free so i’m down £5.”

“Ordered live food and repashy calcium +Lod, bugs arrived and great condition with none dead that we could see, however they failed to inform me that the calcium was out of stock and after waiting for a week for it to arrive I was told it was no longer available and they would authorise a refund. This should have been done automatically. I should not have had to chase it up to find out where the rest of my order was.”

“The shipping was fast but I ordered two bags of sand, once had a cut in it and it spilled out a ton inside the box and consequently also all over my floor. It was a huge pain yo deal with and clean up not to mention i lost a lot of product, and I'm not really sure how that happens. Maybe would order again because the sand was cheap though”

“With my reptile I only want the best, and that’s why I like to know what I’m buying and the quality that comes with it and with internet reptile I have seen very positive reviews. However on my behalf not so much, I had free next day delivery with as promised did arrive how my order wasn’t fully received with missing products. I later then had to contact them which did take multiple ways to get information sorted out but in the end it was. I do believe that I will be ordering from them again as it was resolved just a hassle.”

“The order was incomplete when it arrived. Lamp was missing. I travelled from Coventry to get a replacement as it had to be fitted for my daughter to be able to get her Bearded Dragon the next day. Although you say that it was a suppliers mistake it would have been nice to have received some gesture of good will for the inconvenience caused. Your company was highly recommended by a breeder otherwise I would have used a reptile shop a bit closer to home.”

“It was a good delivery service and a good bunch of crickets in the sack. Only issue would be you didn't put a box in a sack you just out all the crickets in a sack so I had to find another box to out them in. And the box also contained other insects aswell it would have been a lot better if it just contained what I was actually buying in crickets. But apart from those two things everything was great”

“I received my products within the time frame specified. Unfortunately my items had been packaged badly meaning the reptile branch I ordered pierced my substrate meaning I lost some of this product.”
