“Hi, I have no problem with inter et reptile. First time ordering. I still have not received my delivery. This is to do with DPD. I am currently awaiting a refund but I have not heard anything back yet. Could you please advise when I should expect communication or a refund please. DPD have lost you a new customer.”

“Ordered some plants on a saturday an said they'd be here Tuesday arrived on the Thursday.. was 6 plants in total an one has died already..”

“I wanted to try and order on line and pick up from store.everytime I put in my details it put my address down as the shipping address.I ended up having to phone my store to see if they were in.It was worth it for the money l saved and it will be easier for this coffin dodger next time👍👍”

“Mealworm packs were empty of food when they arrived, but plenty of worms in them. Took slightly longer than I'd expect for delivery. Prices are average usually but can often get some good deals in their sale. Best for ordering housing/ accessories. Not best for live food, but still ok.”

“The item was dispatched as promised the day of purchase. I paid for delivery within 2 days but being dependant on royal mail slowed that process down by another 2 days. It should have arrived on the tues but got it on the Thursday.”

“Most of the items were ok but one of the branches was either a broken piece of what it was supposed to be or not at all like it was described. Having to return the item which is a nuisance.”

“Good speedy service, only thing i will say is one order was sent in two separate packages, one was delivered and the other missed delivery which ment i had to go out of my way to collect”

“Everything was great to start as I wanted to add a few bits to my order which were kindly done once I contacted them so I didnt have to pay delivery on a 2nd order the only disappointment was the live food of 3 tubs of micro crickets (500 per tub ) the majority were dead and didn't smell very pleasant.”

“I ordered the wrong things what i thought was small was hatchlings so i basically got no live food i could use but that was my fault gutted will defo use again as food was quick to arrive and all alive”

“Great product selection and large selection of reptiles. However beware that the price on the internet is not what you pay if you go to the store, staff are hit and miss, I’ve been twice now and the staff were not that helpful and I was there on different days and different times. If your not bothered about customer service then your good. But if your getting into the reptile seen you can better approachable staff.”

“The company seemed good, but the box it was delievered In was batter and had holes in. They assumedly didn’t have enough stock so they had to send the order in two parts. The first order came at 6 so I didn’t have to stay of work. But I had to email them and ask about when the second order will be delievered and even then they weren’t sure. Which is ok but the letter the first order was sent with didn’t have any date on there and neither did the emails i was sent”
