“I ordered the wrong things what i thought was small was hatchlings so i basically got no live food i could use but that was my fault gutted will defo use again as food was quick to arrive and all alive”

“Great product selection and large selection of reptiles. However beware that the price on the internet is not what you pay if you go to the store, staff are hit and miss, I’ve been twice now and the staff were not that helpful and I was there on different days and different times. If your not bothered about customer service then your good. But if your getting into the reptile seen you can better approachable staff.”

“The company seemed good, but the box it was delievered In was batter and had holes in. They assumedly didn’t have enough stock so they had to send the order in two parts. The first order came at 6 so I didn’t have to stay of work. But I had to email them and ask about when the second order will be delievered and even then they weren’t sure. Which is ok but the letter the first order was sent with didn’t have any date on there and neither did the emails i was sent”

“Got my first order of live food from here and I was shocked to find the box they came in had no air holes and no indication that their was live food inside like a label. Upon opening the box he worms were really lethargic and not acting normally. I'm surprised they didn't suffocate.”

“The drills on the reptile tetrarium were made at the limit of the required needs in such a way that we needed to force them so they could be used. Also a poor quality of the material used for the tetrarium”

“1 ordered 2 cultures of tropical Woodlice consisting of 1 giant orange, and 1 dwarf white. Upon delivery the giant orange where fine, however the whole dwarf white were dead (I took video on phone for evidence), I complained which was swiftly responded to which is commendable, and I was sent out a second culture of dwarf whites however most of these were dead or died just afterwards and I was very disappointed. I would be very reluctant to order from internet reptile again as I feel their stock/breeders are either sub standard or their shipping is inadequate. I am part of several social media groups with similar interests and have advised them to be cautious when considering ordering from internet reptiles.”

“I was happy enough with everything I ordered aside from my nano habitat which unfortunately arrived smashed, I will send photos to prove and hopefully get a refund? The fake plants and water bowl and heat mat I ordered I am very happy with”
