1 ordered 2 cultures of tropical Woodlice consisting of 1 giant orange, and 1 dwarf white. Upon delivery the giant orange where fine, however the whole dwarf white were dead (I took video on phone for evidence), I complained which was swiftly responded to which is commendable, and I was sent out a second culture of dwarf whites however most of these were dead or died just afterwards and I was very disappointed. I would be very reluctant to order from internet reptile again as I feel their stock/breeders are either sub standard or their shipping is inadequate. I am part of several social media groups with similar interests and have advised them to be cautious when considering ordering from internet reptiles.
