“Ordered live food as well as other things, was dispatched really quickly, I paid for next day delivery & still hasn't arrived 3 days later. Can't fault Internet Reptile for there pricing, product selection or dispatch time but the delivery service they use are awful, which would stop me buying from them again”

“I purchased this for my daughter and wanted to send it directly to her. I made several attempts to put a different delivery address to billing address but it kept changing both. I ended up paying a second lot of postage to get it to her. That was a bit disappointing. The order was despatched promptly. Would probably order again or get her to order.”

We are very sorry to learn about this, we do not change delivery addresses but sometimes your browser will store and autofill information. If there are ever any issues with orders don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone and we'll happily amend any order which has not already been sent out.

“Would be happy if I got my stuff interlink are rubbish 3 times I asked them to deliver to a neighbor and I just get an email saying they missed me now I have to pick it up”
