“Food delivered was fine however post woman complained of sawdust coming out of packaging and in her bag. So improvements on packaging needed.”

“Timing for delivery was Ok, and my second order for the lights was fine too but when I opened my first order to assemble there was damage to it, I haven't sent it back as needed it straight away and didn't have time to send it back”

“Quick but very unhappy with oackagaing as it wasn’t contained and loosely in a bag. 500 crickets loose. It didn’t make for good translation to the feed containers.”

“Order was completed and delivered very quickly. 2 light bulbs. Not brilliantly packed but seem ok. Unfortunately I’d ordered bayonet cap instead of screw fitting. Tried for 4 days to contact by phone to see about returning them, no answer. Emailed, had an acknowledgement but no further information. Have since managed to get an adapter from a local hardware store for a fraction of the price of one fromInternet Reptile, so no longer need to send them back. For completing the order and speedy delivery they get 5 stars, for customer after sales service I’d give them 1.”

“I've placed a few orders so far with these, Nearly all my orders been delivered the next day from ordering, apart from a order i made today before 12noon to get it next day and paid for dpd service to get items tomorrow yet they still processing the order online”

“I'll give Internet reptile 3 stars but for them only as they dealt with the issue promptly and professionally, the courier they use is abissmal and deserves no stars. Its a shame as their products are cheap and excellent quality but while they use APC to deliver their goods I will not be using Internet reptile for any good or food.”
