I have been really happy with Internet Reptile, until this occasion. We order lots from them and over Xmas I ordered over £60 worth of goods, but forgot to pop in the discount code. I emailed straight away and got an email saying that due to the quick turnaround they could not change or cancel the order. When I checked the ordered was still being processed (2 days later), so as good will I am sure they could have done something. I have emailed and they seem to have got in a pickle with another issue I had over a delivery (which was not their fault) but ended up my live food going to the PO and I was not able to collect it. So I felt justified in saying in view of having lost £20 of live food they really could have cancelled my order and put on back on with the discount, or indeed given me a credit note, which is no more than the original discount code. I am disappointed that the emails have got hung up on the uncollected now dead food, rather than the discount code.
