Good value products, difficult to find cheaper elsewhere, but if you have a problem they will ignore your contacts for support. I wouldn't buy anything expensive from them again like vivariums or lighting etc.
In this case the bugs arrived dead, total waste of money. Happy to update the review when/if they reply to my request for refund/replacement/extra bugs on my next order.
