Delivery takes too long I still haven't received my order.

The ease of using the website was good but the actual customer service when a problem arises falls below par. I emailed the day I recieved and still not heard anything a week later. Which I think is rubbish when it's a novice enquiry. I'll buy live feed again but would hope no problems arise due to problems.

One of the bulbs had blown before we even tried it once the fitting , the second bulb has worked fine since

Placed order 24th November now 1st December still not received. Sent email on 30th November to enquire on status and funnily enough status changed to despatched but yet to receive a reply to email. Not great is it

I still haven't received my order and it was meant to arrive yesterday. My dragon is only young and needs to eat 3X a day and hasn't had any today :( still waiting...

Packaging was damaged and wet, Viv disinfectant bottle was in a sealed bag but leaked out. Bulbs was ok and Jericho rose was fine . Internet reptile did send out a replacement Viv disinfectant , won't be ordering again

I ordered my African land snail a new home, the money was taken out of my bank account £59.99. It didn't come so on contacting you I was told it wasn't in stock. The money took an age to be put back in my account, and the amount that was put in was only £5.99 not the £59.99 that it cost me.
