I ordered frozen rats, they had a really odd smell. Emailed customer support, they said the rats have been less than 48 hours in transit and therefore should not have defrosted. I asked if it was normal for the rats to have this odour and never heard a reply.

Paid £10 extra for frozen food which came defrosted and had to go straight in the bin normally go here for all my food but will definitely be looking elsewhere from now on

This was the first time of ordering and the order said despatched on the 31st but didn’t get to me until the 4th of April.I appreciate times are difficult at present,and nothing is guaranteed to arrive in time,but over half the locusts were dead on arrival.

Sadly two bulbs of 6 were broken when arrived. Could hear them rattling before I opened so knew what was coming. However I don’t think this is a standard service but rather more of a one off so will consider using again.

I have received my order of a Arcadia slimline luminaire but it has come with a 2 pin European power cable? Obviously being in the Uk I’m unable to use it, I’ve ordered the same item before and it came with a standard British plug and nothing was stated on your website to say otherwise when I purchased the item, I have messaged you on Facebook and tried to call you but haven’t had any response from you, I hope that this issue can be resolved as I was intending to purchase several more from you.

Delivery left on doorstep in the rain. (Was home all day and nobody knocked door). Frozen mice defrosted. Live cricket soaked. Crickets much smaller than expected for size ordered.

My order arrived on time opened it all good but very cold warmed up live food locus ok Mario's worms half dead old stock cal worms all dead fruit crubs ok ? Wax worms ? Not good .got a fresh delivery from my pet shop all live food fantastic

First time shopping with Internet Reptile the shop was easy and the price was great just a shame it was ruined by their delivery service, i was on the toilet when they came i shouted one minute and by the time i had got to the door (a matter of minutes) they had left taking my frozen order with them resulting in me having to re arrange delivery for the next day. My full order had to be thrown away safe to say i wont be using them again.

Arrived quickly and packaged well but unfortunately one of the bulbs I purchased lasted only 2 days, have just put the other one in and hoping this one lasts much longer... very disappointed

Giant orange woodlice x 2 lots. Delivered in small cardboard box in small bag with small amount of shavings. Weather has been rather chilly and not much protection from cold so when received not all of them were in a great shape and lost a few through death. Thanks. Tracy Grey

Not overly happy - the delivery driver wouldn’t leave the packages as I was out so when I finally got them the next day the frozen was defrosted - the medium rabbits were basically exactly the same size as the small so won’t be using again - especially for the frozen reptile food at least

Received the box damaged and screws were missing and thare were small taers on the mesh. It looks the part tho but not good condition

Sent the wrong product. Then wanted me to return it for replacement despite value being < £5. They offered to pay postage but hardly seemed worth the time carbon footprint for such a small amount.
