Disappointed in communication.
I ordered some fruit flies for my frogs.
I had no email with a progress status so I waited for 2-3 days before I had to send a email asking the question.
I understand the difficult time I'm we are all in, however a simple progress email would make a massive difference.
The postage cost more then the flies and they wasn't in the best condition.
I had to go out and make a trip to my local reptile shop to get some food for my frogs..... The reason I ordered originally via the internet was too to reduce contact with people.
I have ordered from here before and I've been happy with the service but this time it will make me think twice in future.
