Used for many years and shocked at the lack of of customer service skills. Order was delivered late, paid £6.99 for a specific day and nothing on the day to say it would not be delivered. I chase the next day and get told "I am sorry to hear that, I will issue a refund for the difference between standard. And premium delivery for you" It was not about the refund, I chose a day that I knew I was going to be in! Hence paying more for the service. Nothing about this being looked into, no apology for the inconvenience caused, not just to me but my animals! I hate moaning but I hate being disregarded more and that is exactly how you have made me feel. I genuinely thought you guys were great. Nlw, so so disappointed :(
