Ordered the wrong items as the website directly me incorrectly, had to send some bits back. Annoying process where you have to email first, no way to do it online. Put on the email how the website directed me incorrectly so ordered the wrong stuff, that bit was ignored when they replied and I was just told how to return. I then had to pay £9 to post back. Will never use this apparent online company that don’t even have a decent return process
