I ordered three bulbs from here and they all stopped working after a day, my fittings all work so they must be faulty bulbs.

Have ordered in the past with no issue, this time however when I did have an issue 8 or 9 emails went ignored, they claimed they went to the spam folder only after I mentioned leaving a bad review, strange you found my emails after I mentioned that lol. I was then told I wouldn't be getting refunded for delivery, even though dpd only tried twice and sent the item back to them after 6 days, I provided proof for this. I was told I would need to claim delivery costs back through dpd myself, all of this with no apology for the weeks worth of unanswered emails. Do not use Internet Reptile, they were good once and now treat customers like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed s...

I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to dispatch to courier and didn't receive it for another 2 days. Items inside were damaged. Tried to get in contact for a delivery refund but no reply. Ordered locusts and they were absolutely tiny for the description. Won't be ordering from here again will be ordering from another reliable supplier.

the crickets were delivered in a bag normally they come in boxes, transferred to a cricket box i got from you a while back, most of them died in the first few days and the box was then taken over my maggots so had to get rid of them all as could not feed them to my gecko. good service last time however this time not impressed the bags are not good.

Had a really bad experience with and accessories kit I purchased, kit arrived with wrong parts and some broken. Customer service was awful as they weren't willing to offer anything for this inconvenience and showed a huge lack of care towards this. Definitely will Not be purchasing any more after this. Overall very disappointing

Terrible. Would not recommend. My order arrived 1-2 days late despite having paid to have it delivered EARLY (FROM the order date, NOT the dispatch date). Notified you via email that I would not be in on the day of delivery two days prior to its arrival, and received an email that completely glossed over that fact. The item arrived and was left in the sun for 3 and a half days. I contacted you asking for a refund and was not only denied, but the individual that I spoke to refused to take accountability and kept coming up with excuses. I shall not be buying from you again.

Some of my live food arrived dead , one of the bulbs I brought was smashed and they where late on the order/delivery .

All crickets were dead within 2 days of being delivered. Normally they'd last at least a week-10 days

Awful experience to be honest. Ordered bulk locusts of 100 and only had 23 that were not dead! Customer Service were not helpful at all. They wouldn't refund my £3.99 p+p because I ordered a few dubias at £2.89 and because "they were fine" I wasn't entitled to it. So I've now had to re order from somewhere else and a few dubia's cost me nearly £8! Won't be using again...

Ordered mealworms was sent marioworms Sent email was told to send photos of my order and order details which I done. Still waiting for what i actually ordered to arrive. Was first time using this supplier and will be the last

I was a bit gutted they used DPD local. Never arrived until gone 2pm the next day and on the brink of defrosting. But that's not their fault. My main issue is that I ordered mostly for the fluffs (3-5g) and received everything but the fluffs! Ended up having to go to a shop, which isn't easy at 20 miles away when working full time from home, during their opening hours. Bit gutted to only receive a partial order and the bit I wanted and needed most be missing.

Purchased a microclimate evo connected 3 on July 6th it arrived while I was out of town when I got home I set the thermostat up as instructed both the yellow and blue channels functioned as they should however the red channel was going way over the set temperature or dropping way below the required temperature which has triggered bother the over and under alarms on the stat contacted the customer support to describe the issue a day later I received a reply which simply said turn the alarm notification off, That's all good and well turning the alarm off but that doesn't fix the fault with the red channel probe which is unusable and could potentially kill my animal if used as it's giving false readings, As of now I've heard nothing more from Internet reptile they haven't offered a replacement or a refund absolutely horrendous customer service you would think they would be quick to resolve the issue especially when customers are spending £160 on a single item, I'll change my review if they rectify the issue until then I will not be buying from this company again.

I started a bug subscription which arrived but I was not happy with the fruit fly culture as it was completely empty and had leaked everywhere - have tried to contact customer service via live chat, email and phone and no answer and no reply to any of my emails 3 weeks later have cancelled my subscription- terrible service

Paid extra for 24 hour tracked delivery at 9am Wednesday it's now nearly 6pm on Thursday and Royal Mail haven't even received the parcel yet. Since it's a bank holiday weekend and Royal mail don't deliver on bank holidays this now means I have to go out at the weekend to buy crickets as the ones I've ordered won't arrive in time.

Both of my bulbs didn’t work. This is the third time this has happened. Do not order from here as they do not replace them for you even if they never worked in the first place
