Absolutely terrible.. Sent wrong sized locust I asked for large and got tiny. When discussing with a member of staff they were not helpful in the slightest and have not arranged a replacement so my lizard can be fed with the correct sized locust that I purchased. If this doesn't get resolved I will not order again.

Very poor customer service, I have emailed this company numerous times with a damaged product. No response at all from all my emails, I have even replied to sender on emails but still no response. We have a bearded dragon with no vivarium/ home . I'm willing to write an updated review when they sort this problem Regards Mr Barratt

I ordered a background for my viv, upon delivery, I opened my item you find it almost unusable and it was broken cracked and split in several places

you did bad. the order was wrong. those that did arrive were mostly dead, and i payed for 1-2 day delivery but didnt receive my package till over a week later.

completely useless, i ordered a bulb for my arcadia system, i had the order dispatched email then 2-3 days later a partial refund. no answers or email off them explaining. they didnt even refund me the postage.. i just cut my losses and will never shop there again. they could have just sent another but they would rather have bad relations from the start. i certainly wont risk buying with them again if im going to lose money

Awful customer service, damaged box. DPD messed up. I contacted DPD as I work in customer service and found out exactly what happened. I contacted you and you were completely wrong with what you said happened with the parcel. You didn’t even bother phoning them and wouldn’t give any compensation. Just awful.

Ordered two uvb lights arrived smashed to bits rang phone number to ask for refund gut was rude on phone has to email pics I sent videos but wanted pics sorry but did they want 200 pics of smashed glass took 6 days for refund

Fast delivery and lovely man on the phone the item itself was badly scratched as the screws were out of the packet so scratched shame as it was a birthday present too
