Very poor customer service, won't be buying from them again

Ordered live food and the crickets were of such poor quality and were all dead within a few days. Would not recommend and would not order from here again.

Unhappy with order won’t give me a refund for it and are clearly happy to lose customers avoid at all costs!

I usually use Northampton reptile centre, which are fantastic. I tried internet reptile as they was more financially competitive regarding live food. I spend about £40-50 on bugs a week. So a saving of £5 per order was good. In the long run it was more costly. 24 dead locusts out of 36. Calci worms..dead. No help with replacement or a refund. Went back to Northampton reptile centre, not a single dead locust. They package them with heat packs for the journey. Never using these again.

Whilst we appreciate customer feedback we would query this review; perhaps there was an isolated issue with delivery, which like all orders, would simply be resolved without any hesitation if we were contacted. Our livefood is sent from the same breeder as Northampton reptile centre so is identical in every possible way; from the insects to the boxes, packaging material etc (we have verified this order as being sent directly from the farm)/. The only difference between ourselves and NRC for this order is that we put less mark up on the product which means our customers are able to save money (the reviewer identifies a saving of around £250 per year based on the order). We don't usually follow up with direct feedback relating to competitors, but on this occasion, there can be absolutely no inherent difference to authenticate the review content and the mission of Internet Reptile is to deliver both excellent qualities AND save our customers money - £250 is a lot for any customer to overspend unnecessarily.

I bought 7. Basking 60 watt bulbs and have used 2 in 48 hrs each one has blown within 24 hours,I did buy them on offer but that disgraceful

Ordered food and substrate for my dragons on 6th march said delivery by 9th march. Didn't arrive contacted you and was told driver attempted delivery and no one in . Said it was out fir delivery again yesterday but again nothing . I've contacted the delivery company and they told me thst your company never gave them a contact number for me which you do have . They have been trying the past 4 days to get my phone number off you bur again wasn't given to them. They are now coming Monday nearly a week later as I gave them my number myself . If my dragons live food turns up dead or unhealthy because its been boxed up for a week then I will be bringing them into your store and I will want a refund . I've had to go out and buy more food now until Monday. I'm not happy about this at all . Its very bad buisness not to supply my content number to the delivery company. I paid for express shipping and the package was shipped normally. the box was packed poorly and the package arrived open

fruit flys all dead drowned in liquid in the bottom of pot where it mixture was not mixed with the fluid

Wrong size crickets sent! I sent photo for proof but not good enough also didn’t send my pangea with the crickets that never arrived! Will never use again stick tk swell!!

Ordered live food. It turned up spilt open and not a single live creature within. Emailed internet reptile twice in a week including a photo as they requested but still no response. If I’d been relying on them my pet would now have starved to death. Very unimpressed, will not use again purely on very poor customer service. Will be going through PayPal for a refund.

Ordered feeders, had to pay shipping because the store is closed, came with a total of six weevils and bare beans... pointed it out to them and basically got "too bad for you". Really sad customer service. Shop anywhere else.

I wasn't happy as ordered 100 large hoppers and received small. Sent photos to be told these are large just a shame being live food i couldn't send back. Would understand if it was I mistake on my part but I have been ordering from different suppliers for years
