Wrong size crickets sent! I sent photo for proof but not good enough also didn’t send my pangea with the crickets that never arrived! Will never use again stick tk swell!!

Ordered live food. It turned up spilt open and not a single live creature within. Emailed internet reptile twice in a week including a photo as they requested but still no response. If I’d been relying on them my pet would now have starved to death. Very unimpressed, will not use again purely on very poor customer service. Will be going through PayPal for a refund.

Ordered feeders, had to pay shipping because the store is closed, came with a total of six weevils and bare beans... pointed it out to them and basically got "too bad for you". Really sad customer service. Shop anywhere else.

I wasn't happy as ordered 100 large hoppers and received small. Sent photos to be told these are large just a shame being live food i couldn't send back. Would understand if it was I mistake on my part but I have been ordering from different suppliers for years

I purchased 100 large hoppers and the ones I received were tiny I emailed and sent photos to be told no they are large I have kept reptiles for years and know what to expect. Not pleased at all

I Ordered a crickets and all of them come dead :( I been told they are just frozen and they will wake but unfortunately they didn’t. Also I come to pick up the order in person and they says on the website they are open on the weekends at 10am till 2pm and when I come to pick up the order on Saturday nobody was there!? So I contacted them and they even didn’t apologize! They just says the stuff didn’t come and I can come a different day to pick it up! But who is gona pay me a time and petrol money which a wasted to get there!?!?! The customer Servis is very poor! Never ever again!!

Considering 5 days ago the crickets I received were all dead. Every single 1 of them, & I notified you immediately, received a response requesting a photo of the dead crickets, which I sent immediately, & 5 days later have heard nothing since...Good job I've found a different supplier who delivered live crickets within 24 hours, who I'll be sticking with from now on.

Part of order didn’t turn up. Messages from the Facebook page to be told livefood had been sent straight from breeder. Messaged website page to be told livefood was not showing it had been dispatched so would be resent. Come on guys talk to each other.

Still haven’t received my order and now lost all but 2 of my baby milk frogs Shipping seems to be very relaxed not happy now don’t need most of the order and lost lots very upset

Ordered waxworms, 2 packs of young dubia roaches and 2 packs of adult dubia roaches, had over 8 of the total 12 adult roaches dead in the box and a further 5 of the young roaches dead/dying too. Customer service basically said it was on me since I ordered it 'during the Christmas period' even though I had ordered well after Christmas, and the package was delivered the day after it was sent out. No regard for customer service and I won't be buying anything here again. Would not trust them to care for the live food adequately since they have such disregard for the business as a whole. Honestly very disappointed.

Never came on the time expected so no one was home and I now have to wait until Thursday to get it and it was frozen mice so I’m not going to be able to use them now

My frozen mice arrived defrosted - I’ve never had issues with buying frozen mice from other retailers. I won’t be ordering from internet reptiles again sadly as I think this is a common issue (going from other reviews on Facebook).
