Ordered 8 of these bulbs, when they arrived one was smashed and a few others were broken internally. I was offered a credit which I used to replace the bulbs. Since then 5 of the bulbs have lasted around a day before blowing. I won't be ordering these again.

Before I start, I have ordered products in the past and not had any problems. On this occasion I ordered a lucky herp nursery 2, it arrived on time but broken. This was all dealt with and a replacement sent out once the faulty unit had arrived back. All good, I understand not every unit is perfect despite best efforts. Second unit arrived, broken. I contact as I’m worried about the fact a third unit will also be broken as it was a near identical fault and that this unit is time sensitive to my business.. I simply get an automated response offering a return and then two more emails asking for reviews on my experience but nothing concerning my previous questions. After this lack of customer service (I do appreciate these are difficult times), I ask for a refund instead (I get a very quick response confirming I can get a refund, hence I’m really not happy with the previous automated response). Then my refund was delayed for some reason, although when contacted about it was swiftly sorted out and returned. This has damaged my confidence with a company I previously trusted with my business.

I paid for express delivery and the order took 7 day! Crickets were fine, mealworms were a dead black mush within a week. Would not use again.

Both of my mantis have passed away after consuming the flies I’ve purchased from you. I refuse to believe they passed for any other reasons as both temperatures, humidity, enclosures and temperaments were spot on.

Order still hasn’t arrived after almost 2 weeks and has been in dispatch for 1 week. Guessing that any ‘live food’ will be dead by the time it arrives

I would like to review your dwarf tropical woodlice but I would have needed to receive them first. Poorly packed parcel with flies, fly culture and springtails. Culture leaked as it was packed in the box sideways with no this way up markings. No notification was on the delivery note that this was a part order. Tried to call but your not accepting calls, used contact form on the front of your website, doesn't work. I then had to scroll through your website to find another form to contact you on. Within three hours of my message being sent, I received a refund from PayPal for the woodlice. At no point have I had any contact from you. Will not be using you again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Hi I have already sent a letter stating my disappointment at ur service . I received the bulb I ordered but live food I’m still waiting since I think last Saturday .. I understand that one of the live food orders were out of stock but I didn’t get told this and because one was out of stock the other wasn’t sent out either so I ended up with two days with no food for my dragon . I messaged after that and was told stock was expected the next day and then my live food would be dispatched so I didn’t go to buy any additional live food but nothing has come still ... so now I’m without food again and got to go try a shop to see if they have any . I’ve been on my account  And it’s saying nothing has been dispatched still . So as you can imagine I am very upset with all this and it seems to me that ur website is not reliable enough to continue ordering live food ... surely as it’s food if one is out of stock the other item being food would be sent ? Sending nothing leaves people stuck without food so I’m really disappointed with internet reptile

false advertising about next day delivery... we urgently needed a new vivarium for our geckos and this was the fastest shipping date ... it took three weeks to come

Ordered two items for very sick pets that I needed fast. Said it we in stock online, but then was told they are being drop shipped from the manufacturer. Paid for express courier delivery and over a week later, no tracking numbers, being fobbed off by insipid emails and no joy. Extremely unhappy this company may be responsible for the death of my pet. Impossible to get a fast response. And they are palming me off saying it's the distributor at fault Learn from my lesson and pay a bit more and buy elsewhere. Going to be putting in a complaint with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
