they claim next day delivery meanwhile its been 5 days and im still waiting. tried to call and no response, emailed them and no response. no updates about my order. really disappointed.

zero customer service help after you suggested the wrong cabinet then i have to pay for the return and also you take money off the refund as its now second hand,disgusting company and no help now we have to settle for a partial refund warning do not shop here at all

Always been my first stop for reptile supplies but I’ll unfortunately have to find an alternative as their customer service is very much lacking. I’m expected to pay for a return and delivery of a new order when the issue has arisen due to their lack of information in the description of an item. The response I received basically said it’s my own fault and I’ll have to pay for it. Disappointing.

Bulb arrived and didn’t work. They responded by asking for pic of my set up and temperature proof. Did that and they send they would replace when proof of return was sent. Now they say that when they receive it back they will then test it and send replacement. I won’t be purchasing here again. The box it arrived in wasn’t even labelled fragile and was cheaply packed.

I returned an item to internet reptile and still haven't got my refund and it's been over a week. I've emailed and still have not got any reply.

I’m still awaiting a refund for a returned product and it is impossible to speak to anyone regarding this. I’m really disappointed by the lack of communication and poor customer service.

Very disappointed six days waiting for an item that has needed within a few days even paid for quicker delivery will not use again, I was a regular customer and even boarded my lizards as I live locally.

Very poor condition if box on delivery . Missing almost all the morio worms from the box due to being in sufficiently packed . Will not buy again .

Ordered and paid, needed to add an item that I forgot, as it was 1 minute 40 seconds after placing the order I presumed that amending would be ok, apparently not, tried to make me pay delivery twice so didn't bother ordering and won't use these again, original item was rubbish so threw away.

Placed an order and never got it. No apology or explanation to why. They told me they would investigate with the breeders but i heard nothing. My emails was ignored. They did answer me . after a week of emails and i got a refund. Very bad Customer service.

I bought a bug enclosure and it came broken. Tried to contact for refund or retern but no reply. Very dissapointed. Wont be shopping herer again.

Didn't receive my order for the second time running. Emailed and asked where my order was but Internet Reptile said it had been delivered so I lost all monies as they would not give me a refund.
