“I'm a first-time customer. I ordered a tub of medium-sized crickets, I got very tiny little ones instead! I won't be using this company again! I've already found another supplier! Such a simple order and you messed it up, this is why I've rated you 1 star!”

“On website it says the bugs come straight from the farm. That's a lie. It's twice I've ordered from here and I won't again. Small tub of wax worms mostly all turning brown. Calcium worms all dead, No movement in any of them. Large tub of wax worms some are already brown with the rest of them extremely slow and have dead. The only thing that looked decent was the meal worms. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Item arrived broken. Replacement offered but I have to cover return cost. Not right. Won’t be buying anything from internet reptile again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I wasn’t going to bother leaving a negative review, but as you keep emailing asking for my review, here you are!!”
