“I’m still awaiting a refund for a returned product and it is impossible to speak to anyone regarding this. I’m really disappointed by the lack of communication and poor customer service.”

“Ordered and paid, needed to add an item that I forgot, as it was 1 minute 40 seconds after placing the order I presumed that amending would be ok, apparently not, tried to make me pay delivery twice so didn't bother ordering and won't use these again, original item was rubbish so threw away.”

“Placed an order and never got it. No apology or explanation to why. They told me they would investigate with the breeders but i heard nothing. My emails was ignored. They did answer me . after a week of emails and i got a refund. Very bad Customer service.”

“Shocking service. Sent a tube light in inadequate packing and it arrived smashed. Ordered a tiny box of live food for £2.00 at the same time. Refunded the light bulb but refused to refund the p&p in full or part even though the packaging was poor because of the live food!!!! Will not use again!!!! Charging £4.95 p&p and didn't even use a reinforced tube, just a flimsy old used box.”

“I ordered an incubator on a thursday and was sent an email from the seller and the courier saying it would be delivered the next day (friday). Stayed in all day and kept checking the tracking and suddenly mid afternoon it changed to it was being delivered the following monday!! Emailed the seller and eventually was told it was the couriers fault and they do it all the time................why not change couriers then?!! Would never order from this company again!!!!”

“Rubbish Service. Multiple items arrived damaged. No real packaging. Customer service a joke. Bought it all again from Reptile Centre and it was much better. Worth the extra £2 they charged. Seriously - Customer service emails were barely in English. Had to chase for my refund .”
