Hi I have already sent a letter stating my disappointment at ur service . I received the bulb I ordered but live food I’m still waiting since I think last Saturday .. I understand that one of the live food orders were out of stock but I didn’t get told this and because one was out of stock the other wasn’t sent out either so I ended up with two days with no food for my dragon . I messaged after that and was told stock was expected the next day and then my live food would be dispatched so I didn’t go to buy any additional live food but nothing has come still ... so now I’m without food again and got to go try a shop to see if they have any . I’ve been on my account  And it’s saying nothing has been dispatched still . So as you can imagine I am very upset with all this and it seems to me that ur website is not reliable enough to continue ordering live food ... surely as it’s food if one is out of stock the other item being food would be sent ? Sending nothing leaves people stuck without food so I’m really disappointed with internet reptile

false advertising about next day delivery... we urgently needed a new vivarium for our geckos and this was the fastest shipping date ... it took three weeks to come

Ordered two items for very sick pets that I needed fast. Said it we in stock online, but then was told they are being drop shipped from the manufacturer. Paid for express courier delivery and over a week later, no tracking numbers, being fobbed off by insipid emails and no joy. Extremely unhappy this company may be responsible for the death of my pet. Impossible to get a fast response. And they are palming me off saying it's the distributor at fault Learn from my lesson and pay a bit more and buy elsewhere. Going to be putting in a complaint with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took way too long and most of the crickets were dead.

Crickets were lifeless when I received them and customer services said they were in a dormant phase. Gave time to warm up and in the end only 4 crickets came back to life

I tried to return an item but was refused return even though there was a quality issue and Ben was rather rude with his wording. Won't be using you ever again

The bulb I bought was an Acadia t5 it didn't work on arrival, I've e mailed them back but have heard nothing In regards to changing the bulb

Total rip off £2 for a few fruit flies and it wasn't even a culture literally about 20 flies.
