Internet reptile wouldn't provide tracking info for my live food , when I eventually got it I received lots DOA and the 500 pack crickets contained maybe 100? There was about 10 live ? Bean weevils also lots DOA we well as DOA waxworms. The bean weevils can get out of the ventilation holes in the boxes they sent , therefore they were everywhere. I sent photos , when internet reptile promised but didn't deliver any replacement I asked for a refund. I ended up having to buy from pets at home. They said I'd get a refund and that was 6 days ago and I'm still chasing. So unfortunately i did not get this customer satisfaction or 5 star experience they claim to offer. Really poor experience. I'll be buying livefood regularly for my amphibians and bearded dragon... I was looking for a reliable supplier. Really disappointed

Ordered some bits and pieces for my gecko, the bedding arrived in a split bag and leaking out of the delivery box! I had to empty it straight out as was leaking everywhere over my house. Sent complaint straught away and was advised unless I had photographic evidence they wouldn’t do anything to help. I advised I had to empty it as was leaking everywhere so didn’t have chance to photograph it. Again refused to help. Won’t be ordering again.

Bought a lamp that arrived faulty, sent this back and no refund received. Have forwarded proof of posting etc and still they refuse to refund the item saying they never received it. Poor company and very rude customer service

Similar issues to Jake Mason who posted one week ago. £50 of frozen rodents left on my doorstep by courier with no notification of delivery by them or Internet Reptile. Discovered the following morning, still on doorstep, completely defrosted. Internet Reptile have told me they will not refund me as I should have been in for the delivery. If I'd received notification of delivery (as most reputable companies do), I would have retrieved the parcel shortly after it had been left and not been £60 out of pocket (£9.99 delivery charge!). My last order (during the summer) was also delivered late in the afternoon and was partially defrosted. I will not be using Internet Reptile again due to their sub-standard courier and poor customer service. Good luck with the refund Jake!

Due to a lack of communication between Internet Reptiles chosen delivery service, I received £50 worth of completely thawed rodents and am now being ignored via email. No refund yet, still waiting.

Approx half of the locusts were either dead on arrival or were dead after a week of arrival...very disappointing.

Poor customer service, livefood did not arrive as per the speedy delivery method, poor response from the company. Useless courier service used. Still awaiting refund. No point did the company apologize. Avoid them.

What has gone wrong with this shop, ordered 3 fly cultures for my frogs, had notification of despatch Mon 31st Aug, flies had not arrived by the 2nd Sept and no updates from Internet reptile so emailed them, had a response to say they would be with me by the 3rd Sept at the latest, when they did not arrive I emailed them back but had still had no response by the 4th, so I messaged them, I could see that they read my message but they have not even had the decency to respond. I am at a loss as to how a pet shop that specialises in reptiles and amphibians could let mine down on something so vital. I understand that packages go missing and things fo go wrong with orders, but a measure of a good business is how they deal with resolving these problems for their customers and the welfare of their pets, something Internet Reptile need to improve dramatically.

Very upset with the way ive bee treated by this company,I asked if my order was mixed up with someone else s orderas locust weresmall and no waxworms came that I paid for.the locusts were unpacked and put in a tub like we normally do and I was told to take picture of what had arrived,my camera on my phone isn’t working as I told them in message but they insisted I take a photo.i said I would keep the locust as I was desperate for them but would like the missing waxworms.but still get told to send photo.i can’t believe I’m being treat like this over a £1.99 tub of waxworms.andthat your willing to loose my custom over such a small amount.im in tworeptileclubsand will be telling people what’s happened so as they shop somewhere else for there reptile goods and iwill be opening this as a dispute with PayPal ,mainlybecouseof theway I’ve been treated by your company

I got the buy one get one free bulb but when it came I was happy... i soon found out that one doesn’t work and then I talked to a customer service person( who was rude ) he re-sent me the light bulbs and again one didn’t work ,I think they are doing this on purpose I think they’re trying to get rid of some lights by doing a buy one get one free !!

#1083091 -I made the purchase on 11.06.19 I have not received the package I ordered to this day (04.08) It is not possible to track the package as well as notifications when the orientation has been sent and will be delivered toI do the addressee. I do not recommend!

Awful first parcel lost in post resent and that still hasn’t turnt up so now waiting for refund after two weeks of waiting for my live food will never use again got told next time use a different delivery and not Royal Mail but I will not pay 11:99 for tnt to deliver 3 boxes of bugs

The mice I ordered for my snake was attempted to be delivered while I was in but instead of ringing my doorbell he rings a different one So therefore I don’t answer the door so I don’t get them until the next day. I just want to state that the doorbells are all clearly labelled with the numbers on each one. The next day I see him walking up the path so go to the door and open it for him to hand me a soggy box of defrosted mice however I didn’t realise how badly defrosted they was until I opened the box and they went straight in the bin as the smell was unbearable and the mice were actually getting warm so no way I could use them. I contact them about this issue and they reply saying to send a picture of the parcel after I’ve told them I put them straight in the bin and said they couldn’t do anything about it when they charge you £10 delivery for frozen stuff. I’m really not impressed and it was just a big waste of money and time and I will not be going back. Just the fact they weren’t even willing to do anything unless I dug the rank mice out the shared flats bin.

Unhappy with size of locusts. Much smaller than any I've bought from other suppliers, when I enquired about it I was directed to the size guide on their website, all of the locusts were either the minimum size on the guide or slightly under. I won't use this company again.

Cork tile had wrong dimensions stated in the description which left me with not enough to finish my vivarium. I could have ordered different sizes if I had known. They are now not answering my emails as I have asked for a 45 x 45 panel free of charge to finish my vivarium!

Although I bought the bulb around the 9 July I finished the moth trap on Tuesday 21st, screwed the bulb in for the first time only two of elements lit up and within ten seconds the third flashed and went out. Very disappointed not worth it. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Regards John Williams
