Ordered on 4th April Not delivered by the 17th April so I messaged No apology or explanation Still no refund No clue what’s happened! Would not use again!

Bought a bulb for my tortoise when it came it did not work up on emailing them to sort it out they told me to send it back and a replacement would be sent after they got the bulb back as I explained we could not get to the post to send back at this time as my partner was isolating with them being high risk so I was isolating to. To there reply of we extended our guarantee to when you can get to post the bulb back we will send another... so the bulb was less then £3 but postage was more nearly £7 I paid to get this bulb... so I’ve ended ordering from another company which I now have a bulb that works so in future I’ll not be useing internet reptile again very disappointing...

Customer asked for a cancellation when the order was already sent, it was delivered in pristine condition the next day. We are always happy to take and listen to genuine criticism, but on this occasion the tone of the review really does just confirm the bitterness the customer expressed in the emails that their order was despatched and delivered promptly after they had changed their mind.

Second time I’ve order frozen mice from the website, this is the second time it’s come and it’s completely defrosted, this is disappointing and I thought it might be different second time I ordered, but it’s happened again and won’t be ordering frozen foods off you again, complete waste of money. However live insects have always been of brilliant quality and I would continue to order those as they are always fresh and sized correctly

We offer a frozen guarantee on all frozen food. During the coronavirus pandemic, some orders will unfortuantely arrive late. Whilst this is outside of anybodies control, if this happens we cover these at our own cost, we are simply asking customers email us a photo of the food as soon as it arrives (and of course that customers were in to receive their delivery) and it will be fully covered.

Ordered frozen rats for next day delivery, arrived defrosted a day late, had to throw away, no refund as didn’t take a photo of the defrosted soggy rats. 2 small co2 pouches and paper packing was never going to be enough to keep them frozen even for next day delivery ( which was paid for ).They had tracking so could see they arrived late too.

I ordered live food for delivery last Wednesday and it has not yet arrived (the following Tuesday). I called yesterday and was expecting an update yesterday on the new delivery date and I have not yet been updated. Very disappointed.

I recieved a delivery that was full of issues.. bulbs poorly packaged. And damaged. Large bale of bedding missing completely and another that had to be completely repackaged by the delivery driver. Although I was given options to return the bulbs due to the extremely poor and super slow customer service I just wanted to get away from the company. which is a shame as would have been a regular montly orderer. I never once recieved a phone call to discuss my issues. It took over 15 email messages to get a refund just for the bedding ( which hasn’t been recieved yet). I also tried contacting via phone myself but never recieved an answer. The worst customer service I have recieved in a long time. Would not recommend this company at all with in my large reptile friends circle. And defiantly wouldn’t use again myself.

First order part missing and had to wait several days for the missing part to arrive. Second order also not complete. This is not acceptable when you are supplying products for live reptiles.

Bulb arrived damaged, contacted yourselves who assured me a replacement would be sent out the following day as we’d missed the days postage. Replacement never arrived, had to go out of my way to purchase one from elsewhere & buy an adaptor to use it. Very disappointing customer service. No further contact from yourselves either.

NOT HAPPY !!! when I received my micro crickets 80% of them arrived dead they all was squashed under the tissue they supplied i was left with very small amount not happy about this !!
