frozen food delivery arrived defrosted,£60 worth of reptile food taken to council tip.have had to reorder more food.

I ordered live food for delivery last Wednesday and it has not yet arrived (the following Tuesday). I called yesterday and was expecting an update yesterday on the new delivery date and I have not yet been updated. Very disappointed.

I recieved a delivery that was full of issues.. bulbs poorly packaged. And damaged. Large bale of bedding missing completely and another that had to be completely repackaged by the delivery driver. Although I was given options to return the bulbs due to the extremely poor and super slow customer service I just wanted to get away from the company. which is a shame as would have been a regular montly orderer. I never once recieved a phone call to discuss my issues. It took over 15 email messages to get a refund just for the bedding ( which hasn’t been recieved yet). I also tried contacting via phone myself but never recieved an answer. The worst customer service I have recieved in a long time. Would not recommend this company at all with in my large reptile friends circle. And defiantly wouldn’t use again myself.

First order part missing and had to wait several days for the missing part to arrive. Second order also not complete. This is not acceptable when you are supplying products for live reptiles.

Bulb arrived damaged, contacted yourselves who assured me a replacement would be sent out the following day as we’d missed the days postage. Replacement never arrived, had to go out of my way to purchase one from elsewhere & buy an adaptor to use it. Very disappointing customer service. No further contact from yourselves either.

NOT HAPPY !!! when I received my micro crickets 80% of them arrived dead they all was squashed under the tissue they supplied i was left with very small amount not happy about this !!

Placed my order on the Tuesday but missed next day delivery so Thursday came and I only received one item from my order with no mention of my other items so Friday comes and nothing else arrives, I message on the Friday to ask what is happening with the rest of my order but don't get a reply till Saturday and even then its just to acknowledge that on Monday they will chase it up so Monday comes and instead of receiving news about my order I have to message again to find out and even then I get nothing till the Tuesday and it's to find out theres one part of my order not in stock. When my order was placed I should have been informed about my order and anything not instock then given the choice of what to do I shouldn't have to chase up my order to be ignored really bad lack of communication which has soured my thoughts on Internet reptile and the worst part is my other orders have been great but when people ask about my experience this is what I will tell them to be wary of.

Ordered live crickets and paid for next day delivery on a Thursday . Didn’t turn up until the following Tuesday. Crickets All dead! Waste of money! Will stick to my usual supplier in future.

I ordered some locusts and meal worms, the meal worms were not packaged properly meaning I did not receive the amount that I ordered and I was late to work picking up worms outside my flat door in the hallway as the lid was not put on properly and most of the worms had escaped. I tried to get hold of internet reptile via the contact number given on the website and every time it would put me on hold and then tell me no one was available and hung up. Seeing as I couldn't get in touch with you about this issue as I wanted the worms replaced I then left feedback on the website with my contact details hoping you could then get in touch with me and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed with the customer service and poor quality of delivery.

Pin on lamp bent on arrival insufficient packaging on end of T5 lamps. Only 2 ordered and box was 110mm square, external box was overkill well internal packaging was lacking. Called the store to try and discuss my order and was told can only accept emails for internet purchases. Customer services appalling packaging is appalling, any money you save buying from this store you will lose in time trying to resolve an issue with an order.
