I recieved a delivery that was full of issues.. bulbs poorly packaged. And damaged. Large bale of bedding missing completely and another that had to be completely repackaged by the delivery driver. Although I was given options to return the bulbs due to the extremely poor and super slow customer service I just wanted to get away from the company. which is a shame as would have been a regular montly orderer. I never once recieved a phone call to discuss my issues. It took over 15 email messages to get a refund just for the bedding ( which hasn’t been recieved yet). I also tried contacting via phone myself but never recieved an answer. The worst customer service I have recieved in a long time. Would not recommend this company at all with in my large reptile friends circle. And defiantly wouldn’t use again myself.
