“Pin on lamp bent on arrival insufficient packaging on end of T5 lamps. Only 2 ordered and box was 110mm square, external box was overkill well internal packaging was lacking. Called the store to try and discuss my order and was told can only accept emails for internet purchases. Customer services appalling packaging is appalling, any money you save buying from this store you will lose in time trying to resolve an issue with an order.”

“Not received my live food. No correspondence despite my 2 emails to them. All I received was a big box with only the tongs I ordered at the same time as live food. With invoice saying food to follow. No idea when. Still don't have 1 week later.”

“Part of my order was missed so after sending an email to you I was told I would receive it possibly on the 15th of July but latest being the 17th and I still haven't received it!”

“All good product on Friday which came broken refused delivery email to customer services which said that get back to me as soon as possible it is now Tuesday know one has contacted me I have phoned customer services several times and cannot get through very poor service”
