Ordered some bits and pieces for my gecko, the bedding arrived in a split bag and leaking out of the delivery box! I had to empty it straight out as was leaking everywhere over my house.
Sent complaint straught away and was advised unless I had photographic evidence they wouldn’t do anything to help. I advised I had to empty it as was leaking everywhere so didn’t have chance to photograph it. Again refused to help. Won’t be ordering again.
