Similar issues to Jake Mason who posted one week ago. £50 of frozen rodents left on my doorstep by courier with no notification of delivery by them or Internet Reptile. Discovered the following morning, still on doorstep, completely defrosted. Internet Reptile have told me they will not refund me as I should have been in for the delivery. If I'd received notification of delivery (as most reputable companies do), I would have retrieved the parcel shortly after it had been left and not been £60 out of pocket (£9.99 delivery charge!). My last order (during the summer) was also delivered late in the afternoon and was partially defrosted. I will not be using Internet Reptile again due to their sub-standard courier and poor customer service. Good luck with the refund Jake!
