Product page says items ordered before 2pm dispatched same day.
This did not happen so contacted support to ask why. Was told it is actually 12:00pm and referred to a terms and conditions page that was not shown on either the product page or at the checkout. Needed Taurrus mites urgently and now have to wait another 24 hours during which these can spread. No apologies from support, didn't seem to care. Will not be using again.
