Very poor customer service, I have emailed this company numerous times with a damaged product. No response at all from all my emails, I have even replied to sender on emails but still no response. We have a bearded dragon with no vivarium/ home . I'm willing to write an updated review when they sort this problem Regards Mr Barratt
