“Amazing choice. Amazing quality. Amazing price. Website is great. Only thing that lost the star was how badly the box was taped. 2nd time too. But everything else Amazing Highly recommended But tape work needs some adjusting”

“I ordered quite a few items for my gecko, bit of an upgrade really. DHP, Arcadia ProT5 UVB light, habitat dimming thermostat, new eco terra rock cave hide, pebble corner water bowl and another water bowl for my grandsons beardie. One of the water bowls was out of stock, so they refunded me, but would have preferred them to notify me with a replacement, but when I contacted they they offered to pay the postage if I Ordered another one. Choose standard postage 5-7 days (I think) and it took 10 days to arrive.”

“Order of fruitflies. Unfortunately arrived damaged by Royal Mail. Internet reptile immediately sent replacement. Unfortunately this also was crushed by Royal Mail. IR issued a quick refund. Internet reptile were great and quick at dealing with the issues but in future don't use Royal Mail.”

“Very pleased with the website and service from Internet Reptile. I ordered a new RCT-24 to replace my original ST-24 not realising they were different. My old one stopped working but it was much easier to set up. This updated version is mind boggling and even my husband who is an engineer, found it tricky until it twigged. The 4 stars is for the service but I would give the RCT 3 stars. I wish I had spent extra and bought the humidistat instead.”

“I have made a few orders and i find that the items are all affordable and get delivered on time. The only issue I've had is that when i order frozen reptile food one or two items usually arrives defrosted which can be disappointing.”
