“Decent quality however sometimes hide to find the measurements of the enclosures and the millipede enclosure could be more secure it's ok but I felt I needed to make my own adjustments”

“Products were packaged and sent well. Unfortunately the live food I ordered was delayed a few days by Royal Mail and so some perished. The dry food I ordered was perfect.”

“I visited the associated shop in Nottingham ( I was in Nottingham visiting family) .. As I was buying uv tubes and basking bulbs I though it’s be safer than posting. sadly they were unable to apply a discount code I had due to the computerised inventory system failing .. I also had to pay full price in cash.”

“I have used these for a while now and never had any problem! Always receive everything ive ordered! And to a good quality! Unfortunately im not gonna be able to use them anymore as the shipping cost is £5.99 and i know they have no control over this but i cant afford another £6 ontop of what i buy im going to have to look for a cheaper shipping price else where or see if i can find a discount code for somewere else, as even though ive been a good customer for so long i never get any discount codes?”
