“With the grapevine branch, if you want it large I’ll say get next size up, as in my 4ft long viv it looks tiny in it. However, it was delivered on time and most definitely am a loyal customer so I’ll be using the service again.”

“We bought a bearded dragon set up, prompt delivery however was damaged in several places. Part of the rear panel was snapped off, plastic rail cracked and slight damage on the corner of the top panel. Reported to internet reptile who did offer a replacement however agreed to receive replacement rails and a voucher.”

“Only given 4* as the the oak tronchos was broken into several pieces on arrival, internet reptile issued a returns label but I couldn't be arsed to mess about returning. So shall not be ordering anymore branches from them. The risk of them arriving intact is too high in my opinion due to the lack of care from courier services”

“Hi, there was nothing wrong with the goods but the delivery driver left them at our local post office and as I’m disabled by the time I got a lift to collect them they were thawing. I had to throw the rats away.”

“This is my first time ordering anything online for my reptiles! I ordered a uvb light heat bulb and some feeders/cleaning crew! Overall happy with the time off delivery was very speedy to be received and dispatched as I’m writing this review I have not got it yet but hopefully will soon! Will write a new review when my product arrives!”
