Very pleased with the website and service from Internet Reptile. I ordered a new RCT-24 to replace my original ST-24 not realising they were different. My old one stopped working but it was much easier to set up. This updated version is mind boggling and even my husband who is an engineer, found it tricky until it twigged. The 4 stars is for the service but I would give the RCT 3 stars. I wish I had spent extra and bought the humidistat instead.
