“I had ordered 2 x Arcadia LuminIZE UVB Kits, 1 T5 UVB Lamp and 1 Arcadia heat projector. All were delivered within 3 days and in working order. The whiole process was absolutely fine. As an additional remark, that really should go to Arcadia: the new LuminIZE Kits are brilliant and changing the tubes is so easy now - such a relief compared to the old ones! My only problem with them now is that one can't fit the hanging clips - they are far too tight!”

“Make come dead, package got delayed only by 1 day which can’t be helped. Box was freezing cold by the time it got here picked out the 2 living ones and fed them to my tarantula and she enjoyed them lol hopefully when I order more they survive the journey”
