“Generally very good, with deliveries of live insect food arriving in good order and in prompt time. On occasion, when an item arrives not up to standard, a refund is promptly issued (less postage costs), although they decline to issue a replacement at their postal expense. Overall, very good *****.”

“I took a chance and ordered live food from Internet Reptile (fruit flies and crickets) for my spiders after another pet shop chain couldn’t provide stock. I was a bit dubious they’d arrive alive as it’s winter but needs must. Not only did they arrive well packed for winter there were hardly any dead, unlike the previously mentioned! I’d have no worries recommending Internet Reptile to anyone!”

“Great quick service as always. 2nd time ordering live food, all turned up well packaged and protected all alive. I would say ot could just be me but I ordered the Large locust and they were more medium to small but I know to order Xl next time. Dubias good size and package well. Brilliant place to order accessories from. In the past I ddi have a faulty dimmer switch which just happened to be faulty out if 4 I brought and there was no problem in a refund and getting a replacement if needed. Will continue to use this company.”
