“This is probably the worst experience I've had with an online reptile retailer. I ordered 2 clean up crews, and extra isopods. I received a damaged box (which might have been OK if their warehouse had put any packaging inside the box) and in total I had 3 worms and 1 tub of isopods left. The rest have either died, been squashed, or lost during delivery. I contacted them and they won't help me, despite me sending photos, because I need to send a list of every tub impacted (out of 20 odd tubs there was 1 that was fine, oh and the 3 loose worms in the box) with a clear photo of eachz detailing the issue. Seems fair on first glance? But they ignored my email from early afternoon yesterday and only replied this morning. They actually expected me to keep the box in the house? No, it's in the bin. I did try and phone them but the guy on the phone didn't care less and told me email was the only option. Their attitude is the worst part. The online reptile community in the UK is so small, yet they are happy to treat a customer like they did something wrong rather than just refund, resend, or resolve. But no, the money is worth more than future business apparently. Be careful, they are great until something goes wrong and then they don't care.”
