Ordered live food and repashy calcium +Lod, bugs arrived and great condition with none dead that we could see, however they failed to inform me that the calcium was out of stock and after waiting for a week for it to arrive I was told it was no longer available and they would authorise a refund. This should have been done automatically. I should not have had to chase it up to find out where the rest of my order was.
