Hi I have already sent a letter stating my disappointment at ur service . I received the bulb I ordered but live food I’m still waiting since I think last Saturday .. I understand that one of the live food orders were out of stock but I didn’t get told this and because one was out of stock the other wasn’t sent out either so I ended up with two days with no food for my dragon . I messaged after that and was told stock was expected the next day and then my live food would be dispatched so I didn’t go to buy any additional live food but nothing has come still ... so now I’m without food again and got to go try a shop to see if they have any . I’ve been on my account And it’s saying nothing has been dispatched still . So as you can imagine I am very upset with all this and it seems to me that ur website is not reliable enough to continue ordering live food ... surely as it’s food if one is out of stock the other item being food would be sent ? Sending nothing leaves people stuck without food so I’m really disappointed with internet reptile
