Before I start, I have ordered products in the past and not had any problems.
On this occasion I ordered a lucky herp nursery 2, it arrived on time but broken. This was all dealt with and a replacement sent out once the faulty unit had arrived back. All good, I understand not every unit is perfect despite best efforts.
Second unit arrived, broken. I contact as I’m worried about the fact a third unit will also be broken as it was a near identical fault and that this unit is time sensitive to my business.. I simply get an automated response offering a return and then two more emails asking for reviews on my experience but nothing concerning my previous questions.
After this lack of customer service (I do appreciate these are difficult times), I ask for a refund instead (I get a very quick response confirming I can get a refund, hence I’m really not happy with the previous automated response).
Then my refund was delayed for some reason, although when contacted about it was swiftly sorted out and returned.
This has damaged my confidence with a company I previously trusted with my business.
