Always been my first stop for reptile supplies but I’ll unfortunately have to find an alternative as their customer service is very much lacking.
I’m expected to pay for a return and delivery of a new order when the issue has arisen due to their lack of information in the description of an item.
The response I received basically said it’s my own fault and I’ll have to pay for it. Disappointing.
