Really good and competitive prices on products (during the November sale) and good quick despatch time, however a little disappointed in the packaging considering the size, value and number of items in my order. No filler packing, so all 12 products were loose in the oversized box and just one strip of "Fragile" tape around the exterior, meaning the parcel was received looking as though it had been opened (nothing missing though thankfully).
