My order was dispatched the next day and I received my items 5 days later. The retail box containing my clamp lamp had opened and been slightly scrunched during transit, but the lamp itself did not appear damaged. I think the box should also have contained mounting instructions (I have another lamp from the same brand), but these were missing. Overall happy as the products are working well so far.
