I rarely review anything, however after seeing some of the negative reviews about this company, I'd like to share our experiences. In the past couple of months (over what I assume is probably one of their busiest times of the year with Christmas) we have made 3 separate orders with Internet Reptile. These all arrived faster than expected using the free delivery option, well packaged and in perfect condition. Whilst I can't speak for others as I have no first hand experience with the customer service team (the subject of many of the negative reviews) I can easily say we have been very impressed, and the only reason this is a four-star review is because no company can ever be perfect.
