First time ordering and was a bit of a faff as the item arrived damaged and they wouldn't replace it until it was sent back, and they'd received and checked it even tho I explained I needed it asap. They did however send out the replacement when they received the faulty one and it arrived quickly. I sent pics of the parcel and how it arrived with absolutely zero padding in a massive box for a little bulb, but the other one arrived the same so. Overall the experience wasnt great for the shade dweller light, but everything else since has arrived quickly with no issues.
