I ordered a gold package started kit for a bearded dragon. The vivarium came scratched and marked all over and the plastic runners were split beyond repair. Had to drive to nottingham to get new runners and when advised women of the state of the vivarium, she wasn’t interested and blamed the courier company.
Then the day after the bulb blew and the hardware the bulb screws into didn’t work.
Overall a very bad experience, especially for the price. Wont be using again.
