Already contacted you due to an issue with the lack of negative space packaging in my delivery box which caused one item to crack and spill its contents into the box. Expensive equipment like the LED jungle dawn bar not bubblewrapped or anything which seemed odd to me. I did receive an email in reply the following day to appologise and to say they'd pass my comments onto the distribution arm of the business. Hope that was followed through as not doing so could lead to wastage of products and customers kept waiting for replacements. Never had an issue ordering before, so putting it down to a one-time indicent. Luckily all electrical equipment was in working order.
