Unfortunately originally despatched smaller product than ordered but when notified arranged immediate delivery of correct item and collection of incorrect one. The packaging for the smaller cheaper item was surprisingly better than the more expensive item. Each individual component of the smaller item was in it's own box within the main box but the larger item did not so I was a little nervous when I saw that the box was damaged and there may have been damage to the loose contents - you may want to address this as another cheap box is probably less costly than replacing any of the contents. However all was well and it was pretty easy to assemble. It has been up and running a couple of days now and looks very smart and much safer for my grandson to see than a standard "inground" pond.
