I placed an order on the Friday before Xmas and didn't expect it until after the Xmas break. Was absolutely delighted to receive an email an hour later, saying item had been dispatched. Would like to say a huge thank you to the guys at Internet Reptile for their fantastic service. Myself, and my Python are extremely grateful to them for getting new UVB bulb to us so quickly.
