Only given 4* as the the oak tronchos was broken into several pieces on arrival, internet reptile issued a returns label but I couldn't be arsed to mess about returning. So shall not be ordering anymore branches from them. The risk of them arriving intact is too high in my opinion due to the lack of care from courier services
