Appalling service. Delivery of frozen reptile food did not arrive on time. Courier didn’t leave parcel, card, phone call, nothing. Did not return for 4 days. Left parcel outside with rotten reptile food. Company refusing to give a refund or help. Sending me to PayPal. Will not get a manager to discuss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is not the first time I’ve had this issue. Disgusting service.
