I recently had some queries for Internet Reptiles and sent them an email – it was answered straight away. Their knowledge of the products they sell is excellent, and they are very friendly and helpful. There was a small shipping issue (not their fault) where a bulb arrived broken. It was packaged immaculately, so I put it down to the couriers. The way they handled the problem was second to none – I contacted them, they got straight back to me, and a replacement was sent immediately. Fantastic service from start to finish. I will definitely be using them from now on.
