Although I ordered the wrong size roaches AND worms they came all alive and packaged well. I ordered Friday knowing they wouldn’t come till midweek and I received a shipping email Monday and they came Tuesday so very good delivery times. The only reason I gave 4* is that the insects came Tuesday but the vitamins etc I ordered came Wednesday with no prior knowledge that they would be separate. I’ll defo order again once what I need is in stock
