The first time I ordered 200 locusts in bulk and only revived about 40, I did get a free replacement. The second time I orders some locusts, when I was expecting it along with another item they was not there only the other item with the locusts crossed out on the invoice, it would of been nice to have an email or written.comment on the paper that at least just said 'locusts to follow' then I would of known where they were.
Apart from them, they are very good.
